Our club offers members the opportunity to play competitive badminton in a friendly and social manner.
We provide players in Reading, Caversham, Tilehurst, Early, Woodley, Southcote, calcot, Emmer Green, Sonning, Henley and the surrounding areas with the opportunity to display their skills in the Local Badminton League.
This season we have entered nine strong teams into the Reading Badminton League (Reading Badminton Association).
We are always looking for new potential League players for the Ladies, Mens and Mixed teams.
Our commitment to success both on and off the court is obvious
– in addition to our continuing successes on court, most of us will be found unwinding after a match or a club night in a nearby pub!!
We have 3 excellent venues, 2 centered mainly around club nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) and a third devoted to matches (Monday).
So this Tuesday or Wednesday, just let us know you would like to visit us as a guest and play a few games with the people who count the members.

Our club nights are played at:
Shiplake College Sports Hall on Tuesday evenings (4 courts), between 19:30 - 22:00 pm (From 8th September 2009 to end May 2010)
Kendrick School Sports Hall on Wednesday evenings (4 courts), between 20:00 - 22:30 (From 2nd September 2009 to end May 2010)
Many of the matches are played at:
Hugh Faringdon School on Monday evenings (2 courts), between 19:30 - 22:00 (From 28th September 2009 to End May 2010)
or Shiplake College Sports Hall on Tuesday evenings (2 courts), between 19:30 - 22:00 pm (From 6th October 2009 to End May 2010)

We also run a Summer Badminton Club, which meets at Kendrick School Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings, between 20:00 - 22:30 (From 4th June 2010 to End August 2010)
